Lake Tahoe Chalet

A peek inside our latest project in Lahontan, Truckee—a private 900-acre community nestled in the Sierra Nevadas. Designed to blend mountain elegance with clean, modern lines, this peaceful retreat is layered in natural materials that bring warmth and harmony throughout.

We designed and built this home alongside our sister company, California Home Builders, with cozy winter gatherings around loved ones in mind—balancing natural texture with refined, contemporary lines. White oak paneled ceilings and a matching mantel introduce warmth with an easy, restrained sensibility, while exposed wood beams and soaring vaulted ceilings add architectural presence. In the kitchen, leathered Taj Mahal quartzite countertops paired with custom, stained white oak flush cabinetry bring depth and subtle texture.
